Go for regular checkups
Maintaining your health means factoring regular checkups into your schedule. A routine
physical exam, hearing exam, and even a regular wellbeing check will give you peace of mind that
you aren’t experiencing any underlying health issues. While it might be tempting to postpone routine

Eat right
